"MY LIFE STRESS TRANSFORMED INTO BODY IMAGE DISTRESS"
My name is Hannah and I am a mental health advocate who talks openly about my struggles with depression, generalized anxiety disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, and eating disorder recovery. I believe the way that you feel about your body is a reflection of your mental health; after many years of hardships, I finally learned that my life stress transformed into body image distress.
Now I dedicate my life to helping other people love the PERSON that they see in the mirror, instead of picking apart their appearance in the mirror.

I have been health-focused my entire life; from playing competitive sports as a teenager, to earning a master’s degree at the University of Toronto, and even meditating in the Himalayas for a month! I have over a decade of experience weight-training with teams, coaches, personal trainers and my own solo training. In order to build on my strong foundation of well-being and weightlifting, I went through a personal training course with the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) in 2019, and I have also done supplementary fitness and health training courses through the Clean Health Institute based in Australia.
My mission is to provide you with passionate, personalized support and the most up-to-date information so you can achieve your long-term goals. If you are DONE feeling unworthy, lonely, and frustrated with life, I am here to help you. Changing your life trajectory requires new tips, tricks, and habits. I can provide you with the route to achieve your ambitions, and I will encourage new ways to nurture yourself to ensure you lead a happy and fulfilled life. You are worth it.
